Disappointment of the Year On the flipside
to Hyundai Ioniq 5 N is AMG's first hybridized C63. AMG simply made a
wrong decision to abandon its jewel-of-the-crown V8 for a 4-cylinder
turbo, losing all the wonderful sound that made its predecessors so
adored. The addition of plug-in hybrid system does boost power
significantly, but it also adds close to 400 kg to the car, ruining its
handling and ride. But worst of all, the E-Performance lacks the
emotional appeal that even the full-electric Hyundai managed to deliver.
